* The Board of Directors consists of five (5) residents from the community holding the following positions:President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and an Assistant Secretary.
* Directors are elected annually in October at the Association Annual Meeting and serve a one (1) year term.
* The Board typically meets bi-monthly with the Board President presiding. An Association meeting is held annually with the Board President presiding.
